Two Motes of Stardust
Two motes of star dust,
Suspended in sun beam
Swirling the universe
In their individual dreams.
Some unexplained force
Brings them together
While some call it fate,
The two motes 'll remember,
What it felt like to meet
A star dust to treasure!
So magnetic
That even fate 'll surrender
Asteroids and black holes
Tried to pull them away
Yet those times only needed
One shining ray
A twinkle of the eye
A radiating laughter
A vulnerable heart
A venerable character.
The two motes of star dust
Promised the other
"Come black holes or storms
We've got each other."
Till date they encounter
Star-dust-haters
"Two specs of dust
Ain't a constellation."
Sigh! Why must one argue
With pea-brain intelligence?
“It’s in the ages darkest
That we must shine our brightest”
Amidst the chaos,
Amidst the cacophony
They found their resolve,
They found their symphony.
Look up and you’ll see
The two motes of star dust
Suspended in moon beam
Dancing around each other
Like a heavenly dream.
